No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for orders on fast shipping or if the item is processed and dispatched.
To order other products, customers can request a cancellation on bookings done within 2 hours of purchase or email us at info@mtpkitrx.com. In this case, only 50% of the billing amount will be refunded, as the website is charged half of the billing amount by the bank for each transaction.
